        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of further proceedings in EP No. 21 of 2022 filed before the
   Munsiff Court, Thamarassery until Exhibit P3 Appeal filed before the
   District Court, Kozhikode is heard and disposed.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 31.08.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. SUNIL
   N.SHENOI, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.K.A.SALIL NARAYANAN,
   Advocate for Respondent, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 31.08.2022 is extended till the date of next hearing.
