ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In this matter, the judgment of acquittal in C.C.
No.68 of 2021 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate
Court, Kasaragod dated 30.03.2022 is put under challenge
and the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to proceed with
the appeal.
3. On perusal of the judgment at par with hearing
advanced by the learned counsel for the leave petitioner,
there is no reason to deny special leave in this matter,
since an arguable case is made out.
Accordingly, special leave is granted to institute
appeal.
