                                        JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed mainly seeking a consideration of

Ext.P5 representation by the respondents.

2. The learned standing counsel for respondents submits on

instructions that Ext.P5 has already been considered and a

communication has been issued to the petitioner, stating that the

proposal submitted by the petitioner is not acceptable to the Bank.

3. In such circumstances, no further reliefs can be granted by

this Court, at this stage. This shall not, however, preclude the petitioner,

approaching the Bank for any concessions in settlement of the dues.

This writ petition is disposed of.
