                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the

2nd respondent to issue Photo Identification Certificate of the

petitioner and her father for the purpose of making an application

under the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules,

2014.

2. Having regard to the nature of the limited relief sought for in the

writ petition, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed

of directing the 2nd respondent to issue Photo Identification

Certificates as requested by the petitioner within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
