        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the recovery of the demand pursuant to the Assessment
   Order Ext.P1 for the Assessment Year 2014-2015 or any part thereof,
   pending disposal of the W.P.(C) and render justice.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.T.M.SREEDHARAN (SENIOR ADVOCATE) along with M/S. V.P.NARAYANAN , ALAN
