      2. THE SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER, OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER,
         KERALA WATER AUTHORITY, P H CIRCLE, ALAPPUZHA, PIN-688012.

        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to permit
   the petitioner to execute agreement in pursuance of Exhibits P4 dispensing
   with the requirement of furnishing additional performance guarantee,
   provisionally till the disposal of this writ petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.SAJU.S.POONTHODATH & C.M.JENNIFER, Advocates for the petitioner, the
   court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

In view of the judgment of this Court in WP(C) Nos. 2558 & 4140/2022, there will be an interim order in this WP(C) directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute agreements without insisting on providing Additional Performance Guarantee, provisionally and subject to the outcome of the writ petition.

Post along with WP(C) No. 14626/2022.
