        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay the exectution of the inpugned judgment
   dated 18.09.2021 in M.C.No.257/2019 on the file of the Family Court,
   Vadakara.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of M.P.PRIYESHKUMAR, P.V.ANOOP,
   PHIJO PRADEESH PHILIP, K.V.SREERAJ, Advocates for the petitioners, the
   court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

There will be an interim stay of the impugned order, for the time being. But the petitioner shall pay maintenance arrears at the rate of Rs.2000/- to the respondent within one month and continue to pay future maintenance at the same rate. In default stay order will stand vacated.
