     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass appropriate
orders to the effect of reviving and extending the stay all further
proceedings pursuant to stay the judgment in RCA No.2/2017 of the Court of
the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Mavelikkara dated 21.11.2018 and all
further proceedings thereto, pending disposal of this Rent Control
Revision; so as to produce before the Court below.
     This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
order dated 07.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GILBERT
GEORGE CORREYA, A.VELAPPAN NAIR & GEORGIE JOHNY, Advocates for the
petitioner and of SRI.S.SREEKUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court
