                       JUDGMENT

Dated this the 22nd day of March, 2022

This writ petition is filed seeking the

following relief:

"1.Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the 1st respondent to hear and dispose Exhibit P2 revision petition or Exhibit P3 application for stay within a specified time and to stay the operation of Exhibit P1 order till their disposal. "

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner that as against Exhibit P1

order, directing the restoration of the property as

paddy land, the petitioner has preferred Exhibit P2

revision petition with Exhibit P3 petition for stay,

before the Government and seeks a consideration

thereon.

Having considered the contentions

advanced, there will be a direction to the 1st WP(C).No.9675 OF 2022

respondent to take up Exhibit P2 revision petition

submitted by the petitioner Panchayat and to consider

and pass orders on the same, with notice to the

petitioner as well as respondents 7 to 9. Appropriate

orders shall be passed within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Till such time, status quo as on today shall be

maintained by the parties.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
