         PIN - 689111.

   RESPONDENTS:

        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to accept the land tax of the 06.67
   Ares of land in Survey No.724 of Vagamon village comprised in Exhibit P1,
   P2 and P11 and to issue Possession certificate for the properties as per
   Exhibit P1 Sale Deed as sought for by the petitioners forthwith, subject
   to the result of this Writ Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s. VARUGHESE M EASO and VIVEK VARGHESE P.J., Advocates for the
   petitioners and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for Respondents, the court passed
   the following:

                                          ORDER

Government Pleader will obtain instructions as to whether the land involved in this case is identically situated as that covered by Exhibit P1 judgment.
