        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner
   pursuant to the judgment dated 29.11.2014 in C.C.NO.696/2011 of the court
   of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I,Perinthalmanna confirmed in
   appeal by the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-III,Manjeri by
   judgemnt dated 24.11.2017 in Crl.Appeal No.409/2014,pending disposal of
   this Criminal Revision Petition.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application,and upon hearing the arguments of T.U.SUJITH KUMAR, Advocates
   for the petitioners,PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent,the court passed
   the following:

Heard.Admit.

Call for records.

Sentence shall stand suspended on the petitioner executing bond for Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and on remitting the fine amount within 30 days from today.
