     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings as per Exhibits P4 and P7 until
disposal of the writ petition and permit the Peittioner to sell coconut
oil under the brands KLF Coconad and KLF Nirmal (and its sub brands KLF
Nirmal Naturals and KLF Nirmal Virgin Naturals).
     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
24.2.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAY V. PAUL, SANTHOSH
