Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time
limit till 15.04.2022 for the remittance of the amount ordered on
15.04.2021 in REFA No.44 of 2021.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 12.01.2022 in WP(C) and this court's order dated 28.02.2022 in IA
1/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.S.SREEKUMAR (SENIOR ADVOCATE)
along with SRI.MANOJ RAMASWAMY, Advocates for the petitioners in
I.A./WP(C), GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 in I.A./WP(C) and of M/S. JOHN

I.A.No.4 of 2022
Opposed.
But, considering the averments in the affidavit, this
application is allowed.
I.A.No.3 of 2022
This is an application seeking extension of the time limit for
the remittance of the amount ordered on 15.04.2021 in REFA
No.44 of 2021 till 15.04.2022.
The learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 seriously
opposed the application and submitted that an application for
extension filed earlier was allowed, and this is the second petition
and therefore, the same may not be entertained.
But, considering Ext.P20 and the averments in the affidavit
filed in support of the application, the time is extended till
10.04.2022. It is made clear that no further extension will be
granted.
