        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay further proceedings in pursuance of Ext.P15 and P-17, till
   disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.R.LAKSHMI NARAYAN, M.ASHOK KINI & R.RANJANIE, Advocates for the
   petitioner GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 to R5 (By Order) and of STANDING

                                             ORDER

Admit. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for R1 to R5. Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for R6 & R7 and to get specific instructions whether orders have been passed by the Secretary after hearing the petitioner as directed in Ext.P13.

Post on 01-04-2022.

In the meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P15 and P17 shall be kept in abeyance.
