        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in OS No. 415 of 2010 on the files of Principal Sub Judge,
   irinjalakuda, pending final disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

If the suit is not disposed, the pronouncement of judgment in O.S No. 415/2010 on the files of the Principal Sub Judge, irinjalakuda shall stand deferred for a period of six weeks.
