                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of March, 2022

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 order issued by

the 1st respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner has preferred

Ext.P6 appeal before the additional 3rd respondent as against

Ext.P3.

2. In view of the fact that Ext.P6 is a statutory appeal

preferred by the petitioner, the same is liable to be considered, in

accordance with law.

There will, accordingly, be a direction to the additional

3rd respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P6

appeal preferred by the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner as

well, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
