                             JUDGMENT

The timings of the 2nd respondent is proposed to be

settled in the timing conference scheduled on

14/03/2022. The petitioner is a rival operator. He has

submitted Ext.P5 objection with regard to the timings

proposed by the 2nd respondent. All that the petitioner

seeks for is a consideration of the objection, while

settling the timings of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as

also the learned Senior Government Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ

petition is disposed of directing that the authority

shall consider Ext.P5 objection submitted by the

petitioner also, while settling the timings of the 2 nd

respondent.
