        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the order dated 28.2.2019 and the judgment dated
   7.3.2019 in A.S.No.1/2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Cherthala, pending
   disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 07/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
