           KOLAMCODEVEEDU, MEETHUR, KALLARA.P.O.,KALLARA VILLAGE,
           NEDUMANGAD.P.O.,THIRUVANANTHAPURAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an ad interim
   order staying the operation of judgment dated 9.07.2021 in O.P.No.1066 of
   2018 of the Family Court, Nedumangad until final disposal of this appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.S.GOKUL BABU and S.JAYANT, Advocates for the applicant, the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Operation of the impugned judgment is stayed. However, both parties are restrained from transferring, alienating or encumberring the property further, pending this appeal.
