        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment in O.S No.314/2012 dated
   31.01.2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Irinjalakkuda pending disposal
   of the above Regular First Appeal in the interests of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order datd 22.06.2022 upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.R.ARUN KRISHNAN,
