        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings consequent to the judgment dated 30.04.2022 in O.P.No.989 of
   2019 on the file of the Family Court, Thalassery.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.PHIJO PRADEESH PHILIP, P.V.ANOOP and NEETHU C.V., Advocates for the
   applicant, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The operation of the impugned judgment is stayed on condition that the appellant furnish security to the satisfaction of the Family Court within a period of two months.
