   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the Order dated 29-9-2021 in A.S.No.102 of 2018 on
   the file of Addl. District Judge-IV, Kollam Arising from the Judgment and
   decree Dated 31-10-2018 in O.S.No.887 of 2011 on the file of Principal
   Munsiff Court, Kollam, pending disposal of the above First Appeal Against
   Order (RO).
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 01/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. HARISH
