                                 JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, it is conceded by the

learned counsel for both sides that the issues impelled in this case

have already been answered in favour of the petitioner by another

learned Judge of this Court though Ext.P6 judgment.

Resultantly, I order this writ petition with a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to consider the promotion of the petitioner in terms of the

statutory Scheme and in compliance of all imperative and mandatory

requirements therein, but without insisting on the production of an

Equivalency Certificate with respect to his educational qualifications.

The afore shall be done as expeditiously as is possible, but not

later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
