   Court be pleased to stay the passing of final decree pursuant to the judgment and decree dated
   23.09.2020 in AS.NO.11 of 2016 on the files of Sub Court,Perumbavoor, and the judgment and decree
   in OS.17/2014 on the files of the Munsiff's Court,Kolenchery, pending disposal of this Appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 08.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
