It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an

error has crept into the writ petition in as much as the recruitment and

promotion rules produced are the incorrect rules and that the same is

liable to be amended.

This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn,

without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach afresh with

proper pleadings, materials and parties on record.
