                                JUDGMENT

Being aggrieved by Ext. P2 notice dated 26.03.2015 issued by

the local authority to stop functioning of the cement brick unit, this

writ petition is filed.

2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the writ petition has become infrucutous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
