The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the

direction issued by this court has been complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for

instructions.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and

circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to close the

contempt case on the basis of the submission made by the learned

counsel for the respondent, without prejudice to the right of the

petitioner to institute an application for restoration of the contempt

proceedings, if the submission aforesaid made on behalf of the

counsel for the respondent is found to be wrong. Ordered

accordingly.
