        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an interim order staying all further proceedings in EP No. 185/2021 of the
   court of the Principal Subordinate Judge of Palakkad.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   10.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S JACOB SEBASTIAN,
   K.V.WINSTON & ANU JACOB, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   SRI.C.K.VIDYASAGAR, Advocate for the respondents, the court passed the
   following:

Sri.C.K.Vidyasagar enters appearance for the respondents. He prays for time to file Counter Affidavit to the original Petition.

The interim order dated 10.05.2022 will stand extended by three months.
