          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim

   stay of the operation of the judgment and decree dated 12.06.2013 in

   O.S.No.186/2007 of the Court of the Subordinate Judge (Additional),

   Palakkad , pending result of the above      appeal.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's

   order dated 02/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JACOB
