                         JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed to direct the Court of

the Munsiff, North Paravur to dispose of

O.S.No.110/2020 within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 08.04.2022 passed

by this Court, the learned Munsiff, North Paravur has by

communication dated 23.04.2022 informed this Court

that the above suit can be disposed of within a period of

three months after the completion of the pre-trial steps.

3. Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner. Even though notice has been served on the

respondent, he has refused to accept the notice.

In the light of the pleadings and materials on

record and the above mentioned communication of the

learned Munsiff and in exercise of the supervisory

powers of this Court under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, OP(C) NO. 740 OF 2022

North Paravur to consider and dispose of

O.S.No.110/2020, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate on or before

23.12.2022.
