JUDGMENT
The controversy in this case, as projected by
the petitioners, is that the elections to the
Students Union of the 'Government Homeopathic
Medical College', Thiruvananthapuram, has been
adjourned indefinitely.
2. However, Sri.P.Sreekumar - learned
Standing Counsel for the Kerala University of
Health Sciences (KUHS), responded to the afore
submissions of Sri.John Mani - learned counsel for
the petitioner, saying that only the date of
polling has been adjourned; while the schedule, as
mentioned in Ext.P1 until 31.05.2022 - being the
date and hour of publication of the final list of
candidates, remains untouched. In fact, this was
recorded by this Court in the interim order dated
07.06.2022, when this matter was earlier
considered.

3. Today, Sri.P.Sreekumar submitted that the
University has authorized the Principal of the
College to schedule the polling on 25.06.2022.
I am, therefore, of the firm view that nothing
survives in this writ petition.
Resultantly, confirming the interim order
dated 07.06.2022, and recording that the election
to the College is scheduled on 25.06.2022, I close
this writ petition without any further orders.
