          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Ext. P7, P7(a) & P7(b), pending disposal of
   the Writ Petition.


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated 31.07.2015
   and upon hearing the arguments of     SRI.P.RAVINDRAN, SENIOR ADVOCATE along with
   SRI.SREEDHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER
   for the respondents, the Court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Government Pleader to get instructions as to whether any notice was issued to petitioners and whether they were heard and given the opportunity as directed by this Court in Ext.P4 judgment. Post after a week.
