                                  JUDGMENT

Petitioner's appointment as H.S.A (Social Science) in a leave

vacancy has not been approved. Challenging the rejection of

approval, a revision petition has been preferred as Ext.P9

before the 1st respondent, which is pending consideration from

10.01.2022.

2. Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for

the petitioner, I am of the view that this writ petition can be

disposed of directing an early disposal of Ext.P9 revision

petition.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P9, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of five

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as

well as the 5th respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of.
