          Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the

   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant by

   the judgment of guilty conviction and sentence in S.C.No.36/2017 of the

   Court of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI,Ernakulam dated 30.12.2021 and

   release the applicant on bail pending disposal of the above criminal

   appeal.



          This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application

   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. AJEESH M UMMER, ASHIDHA SHAMSU,UMA

   MAHESHWARY,AMAL ANSARI Advocates for the petitioner and the PUBLIC

   PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

Execution of the sentence shall stand suspended on condition that the

petitioner executes a bond for Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) with two

solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below

and further deposits the fine amount at the court below within one month from

today.
