     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence of Sessions
Court, Thodupuzha, dated 30-01-2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 21/2019 which
confirms the judgment dated 05-01-2019 of the Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court, Adimaly in ST.No. 1014/2016, pending disposal of the
above Criminal Revision Petition.




     This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
application, upon hearing the arguments of LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate
for the petitioner, and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd respondent, the
court passed the following:

Issue notice to the respondents.

Crl.M.A. No.1 of 2022

The execution of sentence shall stand suspended

during the pendency of the Crl.Revision Petition, on

condition that the petitioner shall deposit 25% of the

amount ordered as fine within one month from today and

shall also execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-

(Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties each

for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial

court.
