We have verified with the Registry and it is understood that the notice sent to the Petitioner has been returned as 'unclaimed'. Petitioner obviously is trying to evade service. Petitioner having appeared in person before this Court, it is the incumbent duty to appear on the date posted for hearing. Though we posted the matter for hearing, we are of the opinion that one more opportunity can be given to the Petitioner.

Registry shall issue a further notice to the petitioner showing the next date of posting.
