                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of January, 2022

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

(i) a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to comply with the directives in Ext.P4 dehors Ext.P6 resolution.

(ii) a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to complete the statutory formalities and to issue orders to approve and sanction the Master Plan with Ext.P4 so as to enable expeditious consideration of applications for building permits in accordance therewith;

(iii) a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to enforce compliance with the decision in Ext.P4

However, today, when the matter was taken up, Mr. S.A. Razzak,

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter has

become infructuous. Therefore the writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
