         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree
   rendered in OS No 26 of 2017 dated 30/9/21 on the file of the Subordinate Judges
   Court, Thodupuzha and the situation ordered to be continued in OPRC No.118 of 2020
   dated 10.3.2021 as mentioned above may be directed to be continued pendig
   consideration of the above appeal, in the interest of justice.


          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
   the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 16/12/2021 and upon
   hearing the arguments of Sri.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR), Advocate for the
   petitioner/appellant in R.F.A and SRI.DINNY THOMAS, Advocate for R2/R2 in R.F.A,
