                                       JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers.

"i. Call for the records leading to Exhibit P2 and quash the same by the issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions.

ii. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner's school (Pandallur H.S.S., Pandallur, Malappuram District) team to compete in the State Level Science Drama Competition schedule to be held on 26.10.2016 at M.D. Ramanadhan Hall in Government Music College, Palakkad.

iii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration on

25.10.2016, this Court passed the following order:

"Learned Government Pleader to take instructions in the matter.

W.P.(C). No.34296 of 2016

The third respondent Appellate Authority is directed to take decision on the appeals said to be filed by the petitioners, against the assessment made against them and pass orders before 7.00 P.M. today."

In the light of the above order, no further relief is

necessary in this writ petition. Therefore, recording the above

interim order this writ petition is closed.
