        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of judgment dated 28/1/2021 passed by the Family Court,
   Thiruvananthapuram in OP No.1831/2014 till the disposal of the above
   Appeal.

        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.P.RAMAKRISHNAN, PREETHI RAMAKRISHNAN, T.C.KRISHNA, C.ANILKUMAR,
   ASHA K.SHENOY and PRATAP ABRAHAM VARGHESE, Advocates for the applicant AND
   OF MR.B.S.SURESH CHIRAKKARA, Advocate for the Respondent, the court passed
   the following:

                                            ORDER

Operation of the impugned judgment is stayed on condition that the appellant shall furnish security for the relief granted in the impugned judgment to the satisfaction of the Family Court within a period of two months. If any property is under attachment, that can also be furnished as security.
