   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all
   proceedings in execution of the order in RCP 93/2017 dated 05-11-2019 on
   the file of the Rent Control Court (Munsiff), Vatakara Judgement and
   confirmed by the judgment in R.C.A 44/2020 on the file of the Rent Control
   Appellate Authority (Addl. District Judge), Vatakara, dated 03-11-2021.


        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing
