                        JUDGMENT

The first petitioner is the holder of a regular

permit in respect of stage carriage No.KL-46 E 5544.

The permit is valid till 29.03.2024. The petitioners

have submitted a joint application seeking transfer

of the permit in favour of the second petitioner(Ext

P2). The petitioners seek for an expeditious

consideration of the application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners

and the learned senior Government Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the

Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders

on Ext P2 joint application, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment. If circumstances warrant, the application

can be considered even by circulation in terms of

Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
