                           JUDGMENT

Challenging the rejection of approval of appointment

of the petitioner as HST(Malayalam) in the 5 th respondent

school for the period from 1/06/2009 to 31/05/2011, the

petitioner has preferred a revision petition before the 1st

respondent under Rule 92 of Chapter XIV A of KER.

2. Having regard to the submissions made by the

learned counsel Sri.T.T.Muhamood for the petitioner as well

as Smt.Nisha Bose, the learned Senior Government

Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition itself can be

disposed of directing an expeditious consideration of

Ext.P6.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of WP(C) NO. 2744 OF 2022

this judgment, after granting an opportunity of hearing to

the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed.
