                        JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that, after Ext.P10 order, the council of the 1 st

respondent took a decision against the petitioner and

the petitioner wants to challenge that order.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh

writ petition. All the contentions raised by the

petitioner in this writ petition are left open.
