                            JUDGMENT

This original petition filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India, the defendant in O.S.No.14 of

2018 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Sasthamcotta seeks

early disposal of the same highlighting urgency in this

matter.

2. The learned counsel for the

respondent/plaintiff also appeared but, no serious

objection raised as regards the short prayer. The learned

Munsiff, as per report dated 16.11.2021, sought one year

time to dispose of this case highlighting pendency of five

year old matters.

Having considered the fact that the time was O.P.(C)No.1998 of 2021 ..3..

sought for as on 16.11.2021, I direct the learned Munsiff to

dispose of O.S.No.14 of 2018 on the file of the Munsiff

Court, Sasthamcotta at the earliest, at any rate, within

eight months from the date of production or receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
