Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the passing of the judgment in A.S.No.
55/2014, on the court of the Hon'ble Subordinate Judge, Ottapalm, dated 29.09.2020, which
confirmed the judgment passed in O.S.No. 200/2012, dated 29.11.2013, on the file of the Munsiff
Court, Ottapalam, pending consideration of the above Regular Second Appeal, in the interest o
justice.
           This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 18.02.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
