          THALASSERY TALUK, KANNUR DISTRICT., PIN - 670702.

        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings taken pursuant to Ext.P4 order dated 25.5.2020
   passed by the Additional District Judge II, Thalassery till the disposal
   of the Original Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Issue notice to the respondent.

There shall be a stay as prayed for, until further orders since the matter in the issue is on consideration by the Honourable Apex Court.
