        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the respondents to
   consider Ext.P4 application for temporary permit on the entire route
   Cherupuzha - Kozhikode notwithstanding the fact that route length exceeds
   140 kms taking of the judgment in WP(C) No.11074/2020 and connected cases,
   pending disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.I.DINESH MENON, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER
   for the respondents(B/O), the Court passed the following:
