                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of February, 2022

When the matter was taken up, it was noticed that by

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2021 in W.P.(C.)

No.122/2021 produced as Annexure-A1 in the contempt

case, the authority was directed to pass appropriate orders

on Ext.P1. In fact, the direction ought to have been to

dispose of Ext.P2 rather than Ext.P1. Since, this is a

typographical error, I deem it fit to recall that judgment suo

motu.

Accordingly, Annexure-A1 judgment is recalled and the

contempt case is closed directing that judgment in W.P.(C.)

No.122/2021 dated 15.01.2021 will stand recalled and fresh

judgment correcting the operative portion of the judgment,

directing the authority to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2

is ordered. Accordingly, issue revised judgment.

Contempt Petition is closed.
