Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to directing the 4th respondent to implement Exhibit-P3 order in
its true spirit, till the final decision taken on the above Writ Petition
(Civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking an order
to implead the Temple Advisory Committee of Vadakkumnatha
temple as additional 9th respondent.
I.A allowed as prayed for.
Registry to carry out necessary correction in the cause title.

The learned Standing Counsel for Cochin Devaswom Board
would submit that the law laid down by this Court in the decision
in Satheesh v. Travancore Devaswom Board and others
[judgment dated 18.11.2021 in W.P.(C)No.23704 of 2021] has
already been brought to the notice of the Cochin Devaswom
Board.
